The Nuix Discover User Group October Chapter will deliver a highly interactive virtual environment with live streaming of Nuix experts who are ready to share knowledge to help you succeed.
At this 75-minute user group you will hear from our global development team and a local managed services firm about the 5 trends driving change to eDiscovery in 2021. We will delve into the changing services law firms are providing, artificial intelligence, usability and user experience, and other industry analyst viewpoints that will help you achieve optimal litigation outcomes.
The EDRM Dupe ID project is a global collaboration of industry experts, law firms, service providers and software providers, with team members from Australia, Finland, Hong Kong, the UK and the US.
You’ll hear from Beth Patterson (Director, ESPconnect and EDRM Global Advisory Council member), who on behalf of the EDRM team, is leading the project to develop a best practice specification for identifying cross platform exact duplicates, initially for emails. This project will have many applications and will improve efficiencies for parties who implement the specification which will enable cross platform duplicate identification across data sets from multiple individual platforms that comply with the EDRM Dupe ID Specification.
Matthew Golab (Gilbert+Tobin) and Karan Mehta (Allens) will provide insight into the Dupe ID project and how it may affect eDiscovery exchanges between parties.
